My girls live in the nearby country town of Warragul, both have their own houses, the youngest (paramedic) is married, also to an Italian, and the eldest has a partner who is also a partner in her business of Graphic Design and Photography. We are all well, happy and have good relations. After high school I began my own dancing schools and taught little girls ballet, jazz, tap and acrobatics for a year. After that I left home and started my career in acting performing at the La Boite theatre in Brisbane where I played the lead role in 'Treadmill' and directed 'Toad of Toad Hall' in community theatre with Russell Dykstra playing the part of Rat. Just before my 20th birthday I auditioned for the Victorian College of Arts in Melbourne and was accepted. I moved to Melbourne and this is where I have stayed for the last 30 years. I met my first husband at the first house I lived in and we were together for 15 years while I studied, performed, got married and raised a family.
